This is another friendly reminder that the first Special Assessment payment is due on or before March 15th.
This payment is time-sensitive, as our ability to meet monthly community expenses depends directly on the timely receipt of revenues and maintaining proper cash flow.
We appreciate everyone’s prompt attention and cooperation in submitting their payment by the deadline. If you have already made your payment, thank you for your timely response.

If you experience any problems or have concerns regarding a contractor performing work at Silver Meadows, please contact our Property Manager, Leshea Wilson, for assistance. Leshea will communicate directly with the contractor to address and resolve the issue.
We kindly ask that unit owners do not approach or communicate directly with contractors while they are on site. This helps ensure that all communication remains clear, consistent, and properly managed.
If the matter cannot be resolved through Leshea, it will be referred to the Board of Directors for further review.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As snow removal efforts wrap up, we’d like to remind everyone to please take extra care while moving around the property. With the magnitude of this recent storm, wind gusts, drifting snow, and dropping overnight temperatures may result in slippery surfaces even after plowing and treatment.
Please use caution when walking around the mailbox area, near the dumpsters, on stairs, and along walkways. Use railings where available and take your time navigating these areas.
Our contractors and the Board appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this snowstorm. Your continued attention to safety helps keep our community secure and comfortable for everyone.

Our snow removal contractor will be clearing snow in front of vehicles parked in the visitor spaces. Please note that, as always, the contractors are not responsible for cleaning snow off individual vehicles.
After you clear your car, any remaining snow around it is expected and should not be attributed to the contractor’s work.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding as we work through this storm. Your patience helps ensure the property stays safe and accessible for everyone.

Our snow removal contractors are currently working on property to clear snow and ice from the roads, driveways, and walkways.
Please use extra caution while walking or driving throughout the community, as equipment will be in operation.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as crews continue working to ensure all areas are safe and accessible.

Due to the magnitude of the current storm, we ask all residents to please measure expectations as crews work to address snow and ice conditions throughout the property. The Board is in communication with our snow removal contractor, who will be returning shortly to continue clearing the roads and walkways. For safety reasons, unit owners are advised not to attempt snow removal, if unable. The contractors will resume work soon to ensure all areas are properly cleared.
We understand that many residents need to leave for work in the morning, and the Board has made this a top priority for the contractor. Hourly updates will be posted on this page as new information becomes available.
Please continue to check back for updates, and thank you for your patience and cooperation during this significant storm.

A&D is our interim snow and landscaping contractor through March 31st. A&D was contracted in January and will be taking care of snow removal and general grounds upkeep, following the departure of our previous contractor, D&D, whose contract ended in November 2025.
Looking ahead, the Board is currently accepting and reviewing bids for a new ongoing snow and landscape contractor, with service scheduled to begin on April 1, 2026.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this transition period. Together, we’ll keep Silver Meadows looking great and staying safe throughout the winter season.

We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the community entryway sign that was recently damaged. The Board is currently in the process of reviewing quotes and working with property management to move forward with a suitable replacement.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we complete this process. Another update will be shared once the new sign has been selected and installed.
Thank you for your understanding and continued pride in our community.

When snow arrives, please remember not to park in the spaces near the dumpster or mailboxes. These areas must stay clear for snow removal crews and mail delivery vehicles.
